I started roofing 13 years ago. A couple years in, I knew this was it. I love all of it — the planning, sourcing the right materials, the conversations with homeowners, the quiet of a finished deck at the end of a long day. The roof became my happy place.

Because we won't give a number we can't stand behind. Brook does hands-on quotes so he can see what's actually needed, feel out the roof for soft spots, and eliminate the surprise costs that come up after the customer's been given a quote. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Lean overhead, smart sourcing, and 13 years of knowing where the real cost drivers are. We strategize every job — what can be saved without touching the materials or the install. You still get architectural shingles and proper underlayment; you just don't pay for an office tower downtown.
Most asphalt roofs are a 2–3 day job. Tin replacements run 2–4 days depending on profile and pitch. We don't start what we can't finish that week — if the weather turns, we tarp and come back.
Yes. Bonita Hawes had us out in -40 before Christmas. Leaks, snow load, and emergencies don't wait for spring. For full shingle replacements we prefer +5°C or warmer (shingles seal best then), and tin goes on year-round — cold doesn't bother steel.
Fully WCB covered and liability insured. You're protected on every job. Ask for a copy of our certificate any time; we'll email it before we start.
That's a big part of what we do — leak repairs, snow removal, tin screw replacement, vent clearing, eavestroughs. We'll quote the repair honestly and only recommend replacement if the math actually makes sense. Patching a 22-year-old roof is throwing good money after bad; patching a 10-year-old roof with storm damage is a no-brainer.
E-transfer, cash, or cheque. Typically 25% to book the date, balance on completion — you never pay in full before the finished roof is in front of you.
